The Keniley Law Firm prides itself on non-traditional billing approaches as determined and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The firm establishes hourly billable rates, but also offers flat fee rates for packaged services, deferred compensation plans for services where the compensation is guaranteed upon completion of the project, contingency fees if deemed acceptable after consideration involving a “risk versus reward” formula and a free 30 minute initial consultation. Offers of other possible solutions will be considered as well.
